Our process time is 1-3 working days before we deliver your package. If there is any special request, including preferred delivery time and express delivery, please let us know.
Door delivery is capped at S$40 for purchase below S$400 and free of charge for purchase of S$400 and above.
Please ensure that all outstanding/balance payments have been made. Until full payment is made, ownership of all items remains with RV Woods and RV Woods reserves the right to postpone deliveries of any products which have not been paid for.
Our delivery team will contact you at the contact number provided on your order prior to and on your delivery date to advise on the delivery timing.
To change your delivery address, please contact RV Woods as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change as much as we can.
If you are unable to be at the delivery address to receive your order, please ensure that someone is able to receive the items on your behalf.
For contactless deliveries - do note that we are not responsible for items that have gone missing after your item has been delivered to your doorstep.
In the event of a failed delivery; no one is present to receive the items after the 15-minutes grace period or the delivery team is refused entry by estate/building management, we will reattempt the delivery after arrangement with you.
Our delivery team will be delivering the items to your doorstep. If our delivery team is requested to move items up staircases, additional manpower charges may be imposed on-site and will be collected by our delivery teams upon delivery.
Do check your items for any manufacturing defects upon delivery.
All products are non-refundable except for products with manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defect excludes damages to the delivered items caused by wear and tear, mishandling, inappropriate maintenance methods, pest infestations introduced by external sources, and/or existing infestations at the delivery address.
The request for a refund due to manufacturing defects must be submitted within 3 days from the receipt of delivered items.
Please note that any reported defects will be subject to review, and RV Woods reserves the right to refuse any claims and services provided for items perceived to be defective.
In the event that an item is deemed to be defective by RV Woods, RV Woods reserves the right to determine if the item may be returned and exchanged for an identical item or the value of the item (as paid by the customer) will be refunded.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
RV Woods respects and maintains your right to privacy, with the highest standards. We collect our customers' email addresses from mailing list subscription forms, these email addresses will be used by RV Woods for marketing and/or customer relationship purposes.
We will never share your personal information with any third parties. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information stored on our site.
